Gold Beach football players compete in the Sunset Conference 2A League during the fall season.  GBHS continues to play 8-man football for 2021 with a strong tradition of the lights of Friday night illuminating Ellensburg Avenue.  Jay Johnson Stadium is the place to be Friday nights as the town gathers to cheer on the Panthers, eat food from our Snack Shack (that helps to fund the Junior/Senior Prom) and celebrate the Gold Beach community.
